Booking Information Sunfish Valley Whitetails requires a deposit of $1,000.00 to book your hunt. The balance of your hunt is due on Sep.1st, 2017 unless other arrangements have been made. This deposit is non-refundable with the exception of a documented medical or family emergency, at our discretion. The deposit is valid for a period of two years . It may also be transferred to another hunter. Please click the link below and fill out the information sheet to send in with your deposit -- this form must be included with your down payment. Click HERE for our Hunter Information Sheet Once you have booked a hunt please click HERE to read about our hunter orientation and important information concerning your hunt Cancellation Policy A hunt must be cancelled 90 days prior to the starting date of the hunt to receive a refund. There will be a cancellation fee of $150.00 per hunter regardless of the reason. Refund may take up to 30 days to receive. Failure to announce a cancellation will result in loss of any deposit or moneys surrendered, with the exception of documented medical emergencies, immediate death in the family or natural disasters, deemed pardonable by Sunfish Valley Whitetails. Rebooking Policy All of our hunters will have first option on re-booking a hunt for the next season. You will have two weeks from the end of your hunt to do so. Failure to rebook within 2 weeks from the end of your hunt will forfeit this option Group Rates Groups of 4 or more receive $200.00 off per hunter on 5 day hunts |
